The pre-k classes at PS 47 are amazing. The Pre-K teachers for 2014 are very educated and very nurturing to the students. The Pre-k class has gym everyday for 45 mins. The style of teaching is Reggio Emilia based. The Pre-k has music once a week. They go on about 10 field trips a year. The kids are very happy and engaged. The pre-k classes are half hearing impaired. They have 2 teachers and an aid.
