Kendall elementary has problems with bullying the school basically sweeps all bullying complaints under the rug they do not want the bullying incidences to go public because they will loose funding the school does not provide a safe school for children from bullies the school protects bullies and worry about their civil rights the school does nothing to help or protect a child who has been bullied
