School Reviews

This school is a hot mess. There was no orientation to new students, no information given about the lunch program, school bus or after school program. Getting any information from the administration is like pulling teeth. Forget about going to the online school calendar because it's not even updated. When I offered to volunteer the teacher made it pretty clear that she didn't want me in the classroom. VERY FRUSTRATED! Only good thing I have to say is that the cross walk people are great and very nice.

I was disappointed to read the last review. I found the administration to be quite helpful. The ladies in the office are also helpful. Parents complain, but they don't realize they are being rude and disrespectful!!! I have volunteered in my children's classrooms over the years, but there was a year when I couldn't. It wasn't because the teacher DID NOT want my assistance in the classroom, but rather there was a child who would become easily distracted when others were present. I respected the teacher's desicion in thinking about HER STUDENTS rather than the help she would benefit from me. It is very sad to see how parents can get so hurt without knowing the details behind a teacher's or its faculty's response. It is obvious this school is doing an excellent job, just check out their test scores.
