I had the opportunity to attend Strong Foundations open house on Feb 12. I was impressed with the friendliness, enthusiasm and the knowledge exhibited by the entire staff. I was amazed by the advanced curriculm being offered. My daughter and I loved it. I filled out an application that day and hope to hear she has been chosen from their lottery this Spring. I have and will continue to highly reccommend Strong Foumdations to friends and family. Sincerely, Sabrina Lee

If you have a learning disabled child then this is the school for you. However, if you have a student who is at level or above level then Strong Foundations is not the school for your children. There are so many supports in place for children with IEPs, which is wonderful. However, there are no programs or independent study etc. for students who are ready to move forward. For a school that is supposedly based on literacy, LA is the only class that is not leveled. My children are very bored academically.

My children graduated from Strong Foundations and are in high school now. They have been able to take advanced math classes and were well prepared for high school.

My daughters had the opportunity to attend Strong Foundations for their middle school years grade 6-8. Thanks to the Orton Gillingham education they got, my daughter that didn't like to read, now reads and enjoys it. The curriculum was challenging for them and suited them well allowing them to make honor roll and principals list every quarter. The teachers and staff at SFCS are top notch. They go the extra mile to make every student successful. After 8th grade they went to private school. The private school they attend has complimented SFCS many times stating that the students that come from Strong Foundations are socially and academically prepared for high school. My daughters made a smooth transition to high school thanks to the education and guidance they received at SFCS.
